It was a BIG weekend in Las Vegas! We participated in a series of community and fan events to celebrate our Spring Training games at Las Vegas Ballpark, including Nevada Reading Week, Little League Opening Days, and a pregame fan party ahead of our game versus the D-backs.

Las Vegas strongly supports baseball at all levels. No surprise that a number of MLB players grew up in Las Vegas. Many have retired here as well. The Henderson Little League team has been among the top teams nationwide. Schools and colleges have strong baseball programs. At the AAA level, the Aviators are very popular. With strong local support and the tourism, there is a good reason MLB owners unanimously supported the move to Las Vegas.
