I think the team will be extremely popular in the Las Vegas area, but I would not place bets on a locals/tourists ratio. Las Vegas is extremely effective at attracting tourists, the hotels may purchase blocks, and season ticket holders may be motivated to sell when they can't attend on a inflated secondary market that tourists will buy.
